About the roleElicit business requirements and configure ADP Payroll to meet business requirements and support implementations, upgrades, and/or enhancements as a technical subject matter expert and ensure quality, timeliness and proper retrieval and use of HR information from systems.
What would you do?Review and prioritize system maintenance and enhancement requests.Configure the system and manage integrations in alignment with best practices.Responsible for configuration, design, and code reviews.Ensures proper testing is done on any system changes prior to release of system changes to a production environment.Coordinate the testing of Kronos configuration and integrated solutions.Partner with internal and external team members and stakeholders to ensure go-live and post-live success.Support the creation of training and documentation of system for users.Analyze HR processes and make recommendations for improvements via the use of technology; oversees the specifications, development, and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports, and procedures to ensure efficient business processes.Provide tier 2 support to HR Service Center on related trouble tickets.Work on troubleshooting issues including root cause analysis and work within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Constant focus on identifying and recommending changes to existing procedures and practices based on process, technology, and data knowledge.Provide back-up coverage to support other HRIS personnel in their duties when they are unavailable.Research new techniques in the development of systems and maintains knowledge of current trends and strategies in technology fields relating to HRIS.What will you need to be successful?Bachelor's degree (ICT or other related discipline)3-5 years of experience in configuring, implementing and supporting Payroll and HRIS applications, primarily in the area of ADP Global View & SAP Success Factors.Advanced English, excellent verbal and written communication skills (is a must)
