JOB SUMMARY Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new projects while working closely with Compliance + Risk and Operational Technology teams, ensure that each project is onboarded in a compliant and process-oriented manner.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Radian Generation Compliance & Risk and Operational Technology teams to develop and implement onboarding processes that meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Provide support to operational technology teams to integrate new projects into existing systems and workflows.
Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate onboarding activities and address any issues or concerns.
Monitoring project progress and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation required for project approvals and regulatory compliance.
Conducting thorough assessments to identify potential compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Facilitate regular client meetings; manage and distribute agendas.
Interface with O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and others.
Lead large projects and activities.
Drive resolution of straight forward problems.
Train and mentor newer team members.
Follow standard operating procedures; provide feedback on procedures and drive team process improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION Expertise in photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
Proven track record in project management roles, preferably within the field of operational technology or a related industry.
Working knowledge in regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
Expertise in project agreements & material terms Proven client communication skills Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills internally and externally University Degree (or equivalent) with 4-6 years of experience or Masters with 2-4 years of experience or Doctorate/Post-Graduate with 0-2 years of experience REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Able to liaise with clients on difficult matters in a professional manner Big picture thinking that drives team to meet organizational goals and provides team-based improvements.
Attention to detail Able to work as part of a team REQUIRED SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE EXPERTISE IN MS OFFICE MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, PROJECT) AND ADOBE PDF TOOLSETS PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Expertise in regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
Customer service experience Process improvement experience with Lean Six Sigma Green or Belt.
Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
