The role involves managing all aspects of clients' integration to Customer platforms, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. This individual contributor role will have overall responsibility for coordinating a cross-functional team to ensure project milestones and objectives are met on time and within budget.As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be:Coordinate the delivery of implementation services to customers by interpreting requirements, identifying and communicating project scope and ensuring project milestones and objectives are met, based on the SOW, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.Coordinate internal resources in Customer Success, Sales, Development, Product Management, Audit, Asset Management, Provisioning Management, Procurement, Help Desk, Finance, Legal and others.Coordinate project schedules, drive task completion, and provide outstanding customer and team communication, working between technical and non-technical functions.Keep management informed of key issues and risks that may impact expected business results.Provide and maintain metrics and reporting to all project stakeholders and management.Drive completion of deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction, escalating appropriately both internally and externally to drive resolution to issues.Must be able to coordinate the resolution of technical or complex challenges by quickly analyzing problems and communicating proposals to the appropriate stakeholders.Assist with the development of our processes, documentation, and tool set used in the implementation of our Services.The ideal candidate will have:Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a client-facing Project Manager, managing end-to-end project processes and resources.Must possess strong negotiation skills with a capacity to influence client requirements and adopt a one-step-ahead approach.Excellent written and presentation skills, along with a methodical and thorough work approach.Proficiency with project management software (MS Project or Smartsheet).Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Visio) required.Experience in the telecommunications industry preferred.Good to have skills:PMP or equivalent project management certification.Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with global cross-functional teams and managing projects across different time zones.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to quickly adapt to changing project requirements
