Ensure the organization,measurement, and control of annual projects. Create schedule boar project review. Enforce improvement plans proposed by various managers and timely scaling to ensure the achievement of tnancial plans. Ensure that the proposed have a systematic approach that avoids recurrences ,in addition to placing mechanisms of anticipation nancial objectives. Schedule regular meetings to discuss about projects performance, budget and improvements. Monitor performance metrics and pursll effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics. Ability to effectively present information to top management. Strong analytical abilitnancial analysis skill is a plus
