Role Overview and Responsibilities:
**Introduction**
- This Position reports directly to the Industrial Engineering Manager, this position doesn't have any direct reports, this Position works directly with the different LOB's TIER 2 multi-disciplary Teams._

**Key Responsibilities**
- This position has the following responsibilties:_
- _Standart Work Definition for every work Station_
- _Lay Out Improvement Projects Coordination_
- _Line Balance_
- _Capacity Analysis and Capacity Increase Projects_
- _Routings Update Project in SAP_
- _Efficiency Improvements_
- _Continuous Improvement Projects_
- _Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Projects & Activities._
- _Direct Labor Head Count Definition for his/her area of responsibility_

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
**Core Requirements**
- _Industrial Engineering Degree_
- _5 Years of Experience as Indusrtrial Engineer as minimum_
- _SAP proficient (Routings, PR's BOM's)_
- _AutoCad Proficient_
- _Microsoft Office proficient_

**Desireable Skills and Experience**
- _Master Degree_
- _Green Belt Certification_
- _Training in APICS_
