.**General Description**:The aftersales product specialist expands relationships with existing internal and external customers working in a strong collaborative way with different critical departments as purchasing, accessory engineering, sales force team, etc. These interactions impact directly on the customer satisfaction and sales index, which is the main objective of the position, "improve the accessory offer". Reporting to the Marketing Jr. Manager, the Aftersales Product Specialist is responsible for achieving sales quota in the assigned product lines, and for supporting the product-line success of an assigned team of sales and development associates.Supports Nissan & Infiniti Accessory Product Planning process in order to achieve corporate profitability objectives while supporting vehicle sales. Provides direction and guidance to all related accessory planning and development teams.**Key Responsibilities**:Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth job functions:Develops new and current models accessory concepts and plans for management approvalSupports vehicle sales by planning accessories that support vehicle USP's and customer's expectations. Trough market based research, determines the optimal accessory products, features, specifications, pricing, sales and profitability label.Responsible for the creation and implementation of a comprehensive accessory plan which supports vehicle sales, and support the engineer validation for affiliate products.Responsible for implementation of all assignments per the master milestone schedule in order to achieve on-time launch.Provides support and recommendations to the Marketing group in order to enhance sales opportunities. To know the accessory business of Nissan and competitors.Build and create new accessory line product focused on real customer's needs, analyzing different variables quality, pricing, sales promotion, etc.Meets assigned targets for profitable aftersales growth in assigned product lines with the strong Business Plan building.Planning & Tracking projects with all related areas with the guarantee that all areas will achieve the objectives, for this reason is important the control of tracking and leading over other departments.Supports the success of an assigned team of aftersales employees, including FOMs.Provides coaching and professional development to team-member aftersales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and marketing aftersales skills.Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management. Achieves assigned product aftersales quota.Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability
