**What You'll Do**:
- ** Creator Recruitment**:Dive into the digital world and identify the next big content creators.
- Your ability to spot talent and recruit them will be pivotal in shaping the voice of our client.
- ** Content Development**: Work hand-in-hand with influencers, actors, and our dynamic team to develop captivating content.
- ** Creator Management**: Cultivate and nourish relationships.
Your role will be to motivate, inspire, and deepen ties with our client's creator community, ensuring a consistent flow of stellar content.
- ** Performance Tracking**:Own the content pipeline.
Monitor, measure, and magnify our content's impact.
Your insights will guide us toward continual refinement and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and creative, to align influencer efforts with overall brand strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
**What You Need**:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty or grooming industry.
- A strong network of influencer relationships with a focus on men's lifestyle, grooming, and fashion.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Project management experience, organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects and people simultaneously.

**Salary & Benefits**:
- Competitive salary.
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
