This role will also provide support for process teams and process improvement initiatives by supporting through analysis, documentation, and testing. The role requires the understanding of the Information Security standards, control design and testing concepts, and ability to coordinate across teams.Your ImpactAs Associate Manager, Controls, InfoSec, IT your scope would consist of:Create and coordinate quarterly testing plans and ensure testing and documentation is complete per guidelines.Collaborate with various stakeholders in IT and InfoSec to understand processes and complete testing.Create and maintain reports to support the team in the control development and testing.Monitor control testing and processes and ensure updates are made as necessary.Drive Information Security policy and standards.Coordinate documentation and attestations across IT and InfoSec teams for key compliance initiatives.Provide updates to process teams.Qualifications¿Who Are We Looking For?Key Skills/Experience required4-5 years experience in IT, controls or cybersecurity area.Mandatory Technical SkillsThe candidate needs to have experience working in a global environment and broad knowledge of IT.Experience in documenting, implementing and testing IT control processes.Mandatory Non Technical SkillsExceptional communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of teams.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Development programs according to Leadership skills.Specialized training according to the role.Learning experiences with internal and external providers
