Job Description As a Client Support Technician, you will be providing IT support to small businesses in the Financial Services sector, including hedge funds and family offices. Key Responsibilities: Handle escalations from the helpdesk, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution. Troubleshoot and configure network and infrastructure issues for our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Technical Areas of Focus: Switches and Routers Storage Area Networks (SANs) and Local Area Networks (LANs) Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 Windows Operating Systems VMware & vSphere servers VOIP phone systems Team and Success Metrics: Join a team that values quality service and strong relationships with users, creating a positive work environment.
