Infrastructure & Support Engineer, Ops Tech It

High School diploma or GED equivalent- Solid knowledge/experience using Cisco IOS (CLI) - CCNA Certification or equivalent level of domain. Might be evaluated during interviews.- Solid experience with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP. (Will be evaluated during interviews)- Demonstrable experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment.- Solid IT experience with client, server, and network service delivery.- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or IT related field.- Microsoft Active Directory- Data center infrastructure and facilities experience- Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms- Ability to manage high priority projects- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision- Intermediate English (This role manage documentation with people outside the country)
