About the role This position is for a seasoned professional in Manufacturing Operations, who works independently, monitors manufacturing operations by analyzing cell performance and productivity.
Coordinates scheduling activities and sequencing of work.
Works across operations disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: As a (specify role), you'll be responsible for: lead kaizen workshops focused to meet or exceed company metrics, eliminate all non value added activities Promote a lean culture Reviews and documents quality related items to ensure that established quality standards are met.
Identifies cost reduction and process improvement opportunities to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
Coordinates scheduling activities to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of facilities.
Coordinates sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of resources.
Leverages analysis on cell performance and productivity to maximize productivity.
