INSTALL CREW LEAD - ONE HAT ONE HANDOne Hat One Hand is hiring for full-time install leads.We are constantly installing incredibly creative and complex projects out in the world. So it's time, once again, for us to expand to meet this growth!We are looking for skilled, dependable professionals who are responsible for installing and supervising the onsite installation of our high-end, custom fabricated projects.If you love working collaboratively to complete onsite installs, solve interesting problems, and provide customer service to internal and external teams, you will love working for us in the field!We are seeking candidates who have five plus years of experience in the construction industry as a carpenter, metal worker, or installer and have finish level skills.You will be the lead installer and supervisor of teams of up to 6 people to install architectural components, large multimedia artworks, and interactive event experiences. Projects can last from several days to several weeks. While most work is local, the ability to travel is desired.Lead a team of installers and coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure on-time, in-budget execution.Assist in organizing and communicating daily goals with internal and external teams.Responsible for monitoring quality control on all aspects of projects to meet clients' expectations.Consult with designers and PMs to ensure feasibility of designs.Ensure that health and safety regulations are met, including PPE and OSHA standards.Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, dependability, and a strong solutions-based work ethic are required.Knowledge of commercial construction schedules, understanding of standardized blueprints & shop drawings are required.Valid driver's license and basic heavy equipment experience required.Flexible work hours and ability to travel required.We value integrity, honesty, and a sense of urgency.Through your efforts and your attitude, you will make a difference and be instrumental to our team success at One Hat One Hand, where our production and installations are well known and well respected in the Bay Area and beyond.We offer competitive wages, paid time off, medical, and a matching 401k savings plan.Our company culture is rooted in creativity, innovation, excitement, and teamwork.Join us in our quest to turn imagination into reality!#J-18808-Ljbffr
