Escalate follow-up calls from parties involved in an accident to adjuster and assist with updates to claim. Assist adjusters with statement translation for claim investigation.File first notice of loss into the system for claim reported. Find policy and open new claim with information for proper investigation. Identify claim type and from what state it is reported for any loss reported via phone, fax, and email.Provide all parties with claim handler information and contact expectations. Update system with new information and properly triage caller escalation to claims adjuster/supervisor.Translate updates to claim between adjuster and claim party.
