EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience around 2 years for material analysis or Finance analyst
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Highly developed sense of integrity and financial oriented
- Ability to translate big database in executive summaries.
- Fact-oriented attitude with ability to understand cause and effect.
- Strong project management skills
- Budget tracking experience
- Bilingual (English, Spanish), both oral and written
- Knowledge in Excel, AutoCAD (SAP is advantage)
- Strong Analytical skills

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Centralize position to control reporting from Materials to Finance.
- Build, storage and communicate the inventories data to all the organization through FCST, Budget and end of month values
- Built ACCP FCST & Budget
- Meet the financial calendar with the information of the inventories and ODC
- Continuous communication with the financial central teams in Canada
Centralize position to optimize the value chain.
- Review interaction within products & focus in the optimization of inventories
- Need to review the parameters in the supply chain to optimize them in order to reduce inventory levels.
- Support other departments in the understanding of inventories.
Optimal reaction to production changes and client demands
- Support on the control of the safety stocks parameter according flexibility. We look to optimize the effective answer to market request considering optimized inventories, flexibility, avoid obsolescence.
- Need to develop and improve local tools to react to market demands reducing the risk to increase inventories of the entire supply chain.
Control of the ODC
- This will support the Finance work to report on time and review the internal process of the site related to indirect costs
Business corrective actions to follow up
- Have a clear reporting of the situation of the business, related to inventory and cost related to materials. Implement corrective actions if needed.
- Full understanding of our products with the local reality. The goal is to improve the forecast, budget and at the end effective cash flow.
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 2015.
- Comply with safety rules according to the function.
- Comply in time planned trainings related to Quality and Training.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
