They are looking for a Senior Investment Analyst who can play a pivotal role in supporting the investment process for all potential opportunities to expand the portfolio.
The position is based in Los Cabos.What the job involvesActively participate in the deal sourcing, analysis, and execution of new investmentsSupport the team responsible for the investment strategyPrepare financial analysis and models of potential investment opportunitiesAssist in valuation and deal terms negotiationPerform market researchParticipate in the due diligence processAssist in the execution of M&A projectsElaborate presentations for the management team (pipeline reports, financial reports, investment updates, etc.)
and for investors (quarterly report, annual report, track record, etc.
)Assist and prepare investment memorandums and deal briefs for executive management and the investment committeeParticipate in updates to the strategic investment planWho we are looking forExperience in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance.
