**Role: iOS Developer**
**Employment Type: Permanent**
**Location: Guadalajara / Remote**
**The Opportunity**:
Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team to contribute and lead each step of the product development process: from ideation to release; rapidly prototyping, experimenting and delivering solutions that can scale to support millions of users. Define and evolve the architecture, design, and implementation of consumer-facing experiences using clean architecture principles.
**To succeed, this role's responsibilities would involve the following**:
+3 years of experience as a software engineer in the tech industry building products at scale
Strong programming skills and up-to-date knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, and the iOS SDK and deep understanding of UIKit
Experience leading teams, mentoring colleagues, and managing technical projects.
A driven mobile software engineer that is motivated to build great products and a great codebase in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with mobile product and design life cycles, and collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
Strong communication skills with a growth and learning mindset.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Independent and can manage your own projects and time with ease, all the while setting and managing stakeholder expectations.
**To succeed, this role's responsibilities would involve**:
Experience building software with Redux or other unidirectional state management paradigms.
