Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness. The work model for the role is: #LI- #Hybrid. This role is contributing to the IS Services in India/ Mexico/ Global. You will be mainly accountable for:Build IS domain service operation activities in cooperation with IS Service Owners and IS Solution Architects.Map business process demand to existing or new IS services, providing and helping on the new demands and projects in collaboration with IS Service Owners.Integrate operation and build activities (DevOps scope) in collaboration with the build team.Review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and corresponding service monitoring and controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities.Play an active role in defining new contracts with vendors for the operational activities, service levels, and SLAs.Qualifications for the roleGraduate/ Master's Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.8-10 years of total experience.ITIL certification preferred.Good functional and technical skills in Cloud Solutions, Agile methodology, Service and Operations Management and Governance Risk and Compliance.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
