**This position reports to**:
IS Service Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Proactively supports in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for the area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to IS Services.
- Takes action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, corrects malfunctions.
- Reviews requirements and specifications and identifies those that merit action within their scope of responsibility.
- Installs and tests new versions, investigates and coordinates the resolution of potential and actual service problems.
- When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality.
- Engages proactively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance, and implements suppler management related service improvement initiatives and programs.
- Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification.
- Support non ERP apps (Issue solving, ensure correct functionality of the apps).
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science or related.
- New graduate - 2 years of experience.
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time, strong communication, customer orientation, flexibility and self-learning and problem solving.
- Intermediate-Advanced level of English.
