IS User Access Practice ManagerTake your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.Your role and responsibilitiesCoordinating a network of specialized professionals who locally support users based in ABB Service Hubs. Acting as escalation point for all relevant IT ERP user access issues related to this specific population of employees.
Day-to-day management, resource planning and work allocation to meet agreed service levels, also specifying, agreeing, and applying standards processes.
Ensuring that tracking and monitoring of service delivery performance through all channels (human, digital, self-service, automated) is carried out and analyzing metrics or reports and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Drafting and maintaining policies, standards and procedures for the services and support carried out by UAP team.
Ensuring that the catalogue of requestable and supported services is complete and current, taking action with accountable stakeholders where it is not.
Assisting with the specification, development, research and evaluation of services standards and applies these standards to resolve or escalate issues.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline preferred.At least 10 years or more relevant experience with 5 years experience at global IS management and leadership level.Good understanding of ERP or SAP environments with knowledge on compliance in ERP environments.ITIL and Lean certifications an advantage.Proven bias for fast action and fast decision-making and expert knowledge of IS processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques.Strong communication and leadership skills, influencing people you have no direct control over.Should have innovation and continuous improvement mindset.More about usAs User Access Practice, we are supporting ABB employees working in Service Hubs who deliver operational and expert services in Finance, Human Resources, Global Travel and Customer Contact Centers.
