It Analyst

IT ANALYST What you'll do:Provide IT support during production shift. IT basic infrastructure support to all facility. Supported by IT MES L2 and LAN admin. Key employee to L1 & L2 level support and local infrastructure.
Monitor L2L dispatch to provide on-time support to production line based on MES targets defined on the KPI.Close local IT ServiceNet Incidents and Requests based on IT targets defined on the KPI.Follow up activities & projects coordinated by local IT Supervisor.Work on MES approved changes.Keep IT supplies inventory during the supporting shift.Provide TPM to printers, computers and devices based on programmed schedules.Escalate local MES and IT issues during shift.Setup and installation of IT devices and infrastructure in all facility.Create purchase requests to follow up IT analyst activities.Support over time during weekends or afterhours if required (all overtime is paid).What is required:At least 1.5 years of experience in:
End user support.Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to Computer Equipment (PC, Laptop, Handheld, Laser Printer, Label Printer).Network Support (LAN, WLAN).What's in it for you:• Attractive compensation package
