ECS Delivery is the operational organization and our XDU Delivery unit, of which you will be part, is responsible for all cross topics which are necessary to smoothly run the business. Our Unit runs Cross Projects, represents the Process Managers, owns the Reporting, taking care for Data Quality Management and Monitoring and operate the Tools Operation Control Center (TOCC). Your team members are currently located in Germany and Bulgaria, but whole ECS as stakeholder is distributed around the globe. What you`ll do: You are part of the Tools Operation Control Center (TOCC) which is the central team at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) to address, communicate and coordinate operational issues (availability, performance, synchronization) of SAP internal tools / systems in use by ECS. In the future we want to extend our scope to also identify application and business process related issues and address / fix them. In your role as an IT Architecture Senior Specialist, you will be responsible: for availability, performance & sync issues in ECS used tool systems, which are getting reported by ECS members (Re-active approach) to address requirements for the new "TOCC Monitoring Dashboard" to actively identify availability, performance & synchronization issues (pro-active approach) to drive non-outage related tool system issues as projects (based on impact/urgency rating) In your day-to-day you will: Drive central coordination to resolve any major reported tool system issues. Provide transparency & the internal communication of planned maintenance activities and outages of ECS used tool systems. Alignment with various tool system / application owners, development teams and product support To ensure that measures are taken to avoid any recurrence of the same issue. Raise Business Continuity risks for potential tool system availability issues
