Collaborate with a broad array of talented software engineers to understand how automation can improve Ford's e-commerce / brand sites experience.- Lead by example, and have a fundamental impact on your team's methodologies, processes, and culture- Innovate, problem-solve, and help eliminate defects and errors within our software- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field **OR **a combination of equivalent experience with some education- 2+ years of proven experience in software automation and programming.- 2+ years of experience and proficiency in languages such as Java, Angular, React or similar- 2+ years of practical, meaningful experience with frameworks such as Selenium or similar- 1-2 years of experience with agile methodologies and practices- Fluent English- Ability to communicate effectively**Helpful skills**:- Experience with web and mobile accessibility standards (WCAG compliance), tools, and testing (e.G. screen-readers, axe, user interviews)- Experience with Behavior Driven Development- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)- A desire to collaborate closely with UI/UX designers- Design and execute scripts that automatically test functionality.- Identify bugs and quality issues along the IT delivery process.- Collaborate with others to understand how automation can improve workflow.- Recommend process improvements and generate comprehensive documentation or manuals for the well-designed projects.- Work in an environment where you can learn and share knowledge openly- Maintain a healthy work-life balance while revolutionizing automotive e-commerce
