.**We help the world run better****Role Description**:The Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization is responsible for providing Cloud Hosted Infrastructure & Application Managed Services to our SAP Customers. This enables the customers to gain advantage of HANA while becoming a Digital Enterprise without the necessity to invest in infrastructure and operations know- how.The IT Business Services Senior Consultant** **will be part of DEC (Developing End to End Capability) Team with in ECS Delivery. Over the last years a series of collaboration platforms where established within ECS Delivery and the existing Service Providers, which enable, transparency, proactive mitigation of risks, learning and people development, informed decision making at all levels and agreement on End-to-End operation policies and KPIs. With new strategic offerings and new strategic Delivery Partners joining the Delivery Organization, we need to prepare for extensive growth taking Service Integration and Management activities as well into account in order to fulfill our promises to our customers.This job position demands a role model in leading/showing a change behavior inside ECS Delivery in collaboration with contacts in the entire Cloud Delivery & Services Organization.- responsible for all aspects of further maturing the collaboration forums, while interacting with all colleagues in Service Delivery and all Management Levels- act as a role-model for Continuous Improvement and Change behaviors in ECS Delivery- maturing the personal development of your group of colleagues (community), to increase problem solving-skills and critical thinking- developing your community to enhance the adaptiveness in order to keep pace with the fast-changing Cloud Business**Expectations and Tasks**:The following tasks are performed within the below described level of accountability, complexity, experience, communication:- You will support the teams in analyzing, enhancing and optimizing the delivery process from an End to End perspective which includes the team motivation to support Continuous Improvement of value adding processes.- You will closely align and work with the Delivery and Customer Units on all levels, from operations to mid-management and senior management level.- You are expected to build strong relationships and solid reputations within the ECS Delivery Organization, other SAP IT areas and Delivery Partners.- You will conduct coaching to colleagues to leverage problem solving skills in the units and required E2E measurement and KPIs- Deliver outcomes of assigned projects; work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility- Identify required knowledge and demand to deliver necessary training, coaching and mentoring to further mature the global collaboration network
