**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- 5 years of relevant technical experience in a similar position
- Bilingual Spanish / English
- American visa

- Perform network and system upgrades by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements
- Meets financial requirements by submitting budget information; monitoring expenses
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Ability to support both Juarez and El Paso
