Responsible to assist the IT Manager in providing support to the end user community in all sites, address and manage Help Desk Tickets, participate in projects or implementations, troubleshoot and repair hardware and software as well as all Network and Telecommunications problems.
- Respond to all requests for support registered in the Help Desk using a first-in first-out system unless otherwise instructed.
- Register all Help Desk support resolution on the knowledge base or create How to manuals for end users and IT personnel.
- Responsible for the integrity of information Backups and Restore process, Verify, Document and Ensure all Data Center environment, equipment health and performance are at acceptable operational levels.
- Manage Phone Systems, Servers, Network Security and Devices, Voice Mail, Telecommunications and Cabling Infrastructure, Access Controls and CCTV Systems.
- Configure/Maintain/Repair Cabling/Network Infrastructure, Servers, CCTV and Access Controls & any Hardware/Software.
- Maintain and control accurate inventory of all supported technology fixed assets and Licenses, ensure software Licensing compliance.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Computer Sciences, Electronics/Digital Systems or 8-10 years' experience on related field.
- 3-5 Years' experience in hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Windows XP/7, Windows 2k3/2k8, AD, Exchange Server, and Office 2 k 3/2 k 7, Access & SQL Databases.
- Highly Proficient in Switches and Routers, Access Points, NAS, Firewalls, Web Filters, Wireless Bridges and Virtualization Technologies.
- Emphatic, Friendly and humble person with strong convictions, honest and loyal.
- Self-motivated, proactive and positive attitude with great teamwork skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish 80% (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
