.The Business Analysis Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.**Responsibilities**:- Manage multiple teams of business analysts supporting multiple systems or over a business analysis functional area (depending on size of business) with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned- Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the efficient design, development and implementation and to ensure essential procedures are followed- Develop strategy and guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements, exercising control over resources, budget management and planning and contributing to defining standards- Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as needed- Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sources**Qualifications**:- 10+ years of relevant experience- Demonstrated leadership- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication- Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines- Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience- Master's degree preferred- Experiência 10-15 años como analista de negocio con conocimientos técnicos- Experiência 10-15 años en el liderazgo equipos de tecnología, negocio y operaciones.- Experiência en pagos interbancarios, SPEI, CODI.- Experiência con tecnología como Ab initio.- Participación en certificaciones con Banco De México.- Experiência comprobable en análisis de la información, procesos y flujos funcionales.- Experiência en patrones de diseño y arquitectura de soluciones.- Capaz de ser el representante de tecnología para las áreas de negocio y operaciones a nível stakeholder y seniors managers.- Habilidad para gestionar, crear y administrar backlog hacia equipos de desarrollo y stakeholder- Dirige la estrategia del producto de interbancarios a través de toda la organización asegurando la sincronización con todos los lideres de tecnología infraestructura, arquitectura, diseño y appowner.- Entiende y maneja herramientas que le permiten gestionar y medir el performance de los equipos.- Interactúa con los usuarios cuando se requiera alguna especificación estratégica y táctica
