As an IT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, you will be part of the Project Management track within the IT Function. Members of this family lead project teams consisting of associates from a wide variety of functions inside and outside of IT. Incumbents contribute to the achievement of business objectives through mixed project management methodologies that deliver results to the customer's agreed upon expectations.**Key Responsibilities**- Implement a recommended project framework for schedule, resourcing, status, risk, work planning, and monitoring.- Contribute to project leadership teams, an IT Project/Program Management Guide understands standard methodologies for project management and coaches project team members.- Manages Technical skills to support user requests independently with standard tools if available- Ability to rapidly assimilate assigned business area's products and processes- Support software delivery as needed with product manager interactions, specifications and user development as needed- Manage high complexity projects across domains, technologies, regions, and business units.**Qualifications**- At least 7years of experience of Project Management- PMP- English intermediate to proficient- Proven experience in WMS Manhattan SCALE implementation project- Ability to optimally participate in or potentially lead teams!- Ability to handle and act as an effective fast paced team member, problem solving!- Proven experience with technical knowledge to give direction to both, IT and PPG employees on specific projects or project phases and direct teams**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
