**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Project Planning & Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.- Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, business analysts and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met. Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing status updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure projects are delivered within defined timeframes and budget constraints.- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on delivery.- Scope & Change Management: Manage project scope and handle requests for change, ensuring they are aligned with project goals and timelines.- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.- Post-project evaluations: Identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (3-5 years), preferably in the transportation logistics industry.- Basic understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.- PMP and/or ITIL certification is highly desirable.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including Project Management and ITIL frameworks.- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar tools.- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.**Preferred Experience**:- Experience in transportation logistics or a related field.- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration projects.Protrans
