Now, we are looking for you!Main Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.Serve as a Scrum Master for agile development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Implement and enforce agile principles and practices to enhance team productivity and delivery.Foster collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners/vendors.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software project management, with a focus on agile methodologies.Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master for development teams.Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management principles.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Technical knowledge relevant to the role.This is a hybrid scheme (2 days on site) based in Guadalajara, Jalisco.Benefits include medical insurance and paid certifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
