Bridges the gap between the sales deal closer and the technical delivery implementation.:
Coordinating all the activities required to set:
up the initial implementation of ITIL Service Management Processes and ITSM Tool for services delivered by in:
scope NTT DATA and Customer Service Towers.:
The delivery of Project Milestones related to Service Management.

**Qualifications**:
Must have Skills:
3+ Years
ITIL/ITSM Processes:
Advanced understanding of ITIL processes and principals.:
Advanced ability to assess, manage and remediate high project risks.:
Demonstrated ability to lead large project teams and develop strategic plans.:
Advanced communication and executive level NTT DATA interaction skills.
Nice to have, but not required:
ITIL 4 Foundations Certification:
Advanced
