Job Overview HMD Trucking Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company where innovation is embraced, and every team member plays a critical role in our success.
What You'll Do Provide support and maintenance for users' PCs, tablets, software, and printers/scanners in the office and remotely.Troubleshoot Software and Hardware for End Users.Set up, configure, and distribute IT equipment for new hires.Manage PBX system and provision IP phones.Deliver technical support via email, phone, and in-person, while prioritizing tasks effectively.Configure firewalls, routers, and other networking equipment.Ensure the security and confidentiality of IT systems and Company data.What We're Looking For Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT-related field.Strong technical and software knowledge, including PC setup and phone system management.Ability to solve problems and think critically under pressure.Strong time-management and multitasking skills.A deep understanding of IT security and confidentiality best practices.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
