- Mexico City MexicoAs our team of Monks and workstations continues to grow, our IT department in Mexico is seeking local support at our Condesa office. Each of our global production hubs has a dedicated IT team, and we need a proactive individual to join us.About the RoleWe're not looking for a director; instead, we need a hands-on "doer" who is ready to hustle and provide equal parts assistance and problem-solving to keep our Monks and Machines operating smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Installation & Configuration:Install and configure all computer hardware, software, networking systems, and printers at our CDMX office; repair and replace equipment as necessary.First-Line Support:Handle incoming issues and requests from our MX Monks, providing troubleshooting support and efficiently setting up new colleagues.User Management:Manage user accounts and oversee the printer network to ensure seamless operations (because even digital production relies on toner and paper!).Security Compliance:Monitor, manage, and report on all security processes and policies related to health and security, ensuring compliance at all times.Required ExperienceCustomer Service Background:1+ years of experience in customer service (IT-related experience is a plus).Technical Proficiency:Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.Language Skills:Intermediate English (B1/B2) is desirable.Additional InformationThis is a 100% in-person role, so punctuality and time management are essential for success.Interested?Apply for this job!We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to building a respectful and empowering work environment for all people to freely express themselves amongst colleagues who embrace diversity in all respects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
