Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity problems, and maintaining equipment and systems. Additionally, this role involves documenting incidents and solutions. This is an ON-Site Job.
**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assist in resolving hardware and software issues.
- Resolve common network connectivity and internet access problems.
- Help with the installation and configuration of devices.
- Document and follow up on incidents reported by users.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on computing equipment.
- Update software and operating systems according to company policies.
- Manage hardware and software inventories.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and procedures.
- Generate periodic reports on the status of technical support and common incidents.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of manuals and user guides.
**Requirements**:
- Technical skills and knowledge of hardware and software.
- Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with remote and on-site technical support.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Adaptability and continuous learning.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Advanced English level (B2-C1).
