We integrate our standard products into custom systems for various assembly functions to accommodate our customers in automotive, appliance, aerospace, medical, and other industries.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking aN IT Support Specialist located in Arteaga, Coahuila.**Main Tasks**:- First contact person for our IT users in Mexico (1st & 2nd level support). Receiving, qualifying, processing, resolving, forwarding, monitoring and, if necessary, escalating IT tickets.- Ensure the optimal IT service for our employees and organize and coordinate all requests via our ITSM system.- Will manage the entire client lifecycle process (procurement, installation, rollout, return) for the Mexico location and support the other international locations of TOX Pressotechnik.- Responsible for the installation of new software and updates with our software distribution system Matrix42 / Emperium- Ensure rapid repair of hardware and peripheral defects and coordination of service providers.- Independently maintain users & authorizations in our global Active Directory- Responsible for the setup and support of mobile devices- Workstation setup including installation and configuration of hardware and software and ensuring proper operation.- IT-side responsibility for onboarding and offboarding processes of employees- Will create documentation in our enterprise wiki and maintain all IT equipment in our IT asset management system.- Will be part of the Global IT Team (19 specialists) and could participate in global projects.- Are the interface between local departments and IT specialists in other international locations (e.G. CAD administration, SAP,).**Requirements**:- Complete training in the IT field, e.G., IT specialist or comparable- Very good knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 and Microsoft Office products.- Several years of experience in IT helpdesk- Express yourself well in written and spoken English.- Ability to work in a team, service orientation, the ability to organize yourself, a structured way of working and absolute trustworthiness round off your profile.- Enjoy helping others solve problems.
