Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Technician to join our team and provide daily support in a warehouse environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, network systems, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices, as well as providing technical assistance to users through the support portal.

Responsibilities:

Manage technical support requests through the support portal.
Install and configure PCs, laptops, and peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice).
Provide support for the configuration and maintenance of printers and scanners.
Maintain and support access control systems and door hardware.
Configure and support mobile devices using management tools.
Provide support for communication radios and PA systems.
Perform installation and basic maintenance on security camera systems.
Operate scissor lifts for network installations and work at heights as required.

Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
Knowledge of installation and configuration of computer equipment and peripherals.
Experience with access control systems and electronic locks.
Familiarity with mobile device management systems.
Knowledge of networking, Access Point installation, and troubleshooting of mobile devices.
Ability to solve technical problems and perform preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with users at various levels within the organization.
Must be comfortable operating scissor lifts and working at heights.
