The ITC-MX Specialist - On-site Operations must represent the ITC area in the applicable location, being the main point of contact for all customs matters On-site, and the interface between the plant with the rest of the ITC-MX Team, ITC-US, Finance, Accounting, Fiscal, Legal, Corporate Security or another areas which have relation with the Customs compliance topics into the company. Coordinate the compliance of AEO/CTPAT certification.Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):Mexican Customs Trade Law framework, Security Supply Chain Compliance and ControlKnowledge operations ITC and orientation to the internal customer to comply the compliance, identify and propose alternative solutions into the Customs compliance integrated with the manufacturing process.Knowledge of customs related reporting, escalation process, internal customer communicationMinimum three year experience in International Trade and Customs laws in Mexico Customs, Customs Brokerage, Customs Operation, AEO/CTPAT certificationMinimum three years experience in international trade in Mexico Customs, Customs Brokerage firm, or large multi-national business, and/or experience in Security Supply Chain Certification (AEO/CTPAT).Aligns vision, strategy, goals and people; Focuses on market needsand practices customer orientation.Soft Skills:Analysis and problem solvingConflict managementEffective communicationPlanning and organizationDecision makingInfluence and negotiationAcademic Knowledge: Degree on International Trade or related fieldMain Functions:A.
