About this opportunity As an iTero Marketing Specialist for Mexico & CALA, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Marketing Plans, Go-to-Market Strategy and sales team marketing support, in partnership with iTero Marketing LATAM team and local Marketing teams.Aiming iTero business growth in the region, this position will report to the Sr Manager, iTero Marketing LATAM and will be based in Mexico City.In this role, you will…Design and coordinate Digital marketing campaigns, offline Go-to-Market programs focused on clients across LATAM to drive iTero awareness within the dental market and manage the Sales Funnel by bringing generated leads down to a demonstration and therefore increase sales.Work with customers programs to accelerate brand adoption and sales conversion. Monitor marketing initiatives return over investment and propose campaign course corrections when necessary.Actively support new product launches in Mexico and CALA.Work with KOLs and HCP communities to develop great collaboration, knowledge, education and sales.Participate in module projects to guarantee positive P&L and affordability.Monitor, report and propose actions based on the marketing key performance indicators of the locations in charge of.Work very close with the iTero Marketing team and local Marketing teams to understand country market strategies and how the programs under your responsibility can fill the unmet needs in the marketing.Monitor competitors' best practices activities and trends, providing insights and recommendation of actions.Organize and conduct sales force training, if needed, during sales conventions and meetings.Work collaboratively with Sales and other functions on a cross functional to achieve objectives.Deal with creative agency to adapt promotional materials due to local usage.Adapt approach and messaging considering the particularities across assigned countries.Finance control, managing POs in ERP and follow up end-to end processes.In this role, you'll need…4-6 years of experience working in marketing, from healthcare industry, like Pharmaceutical or MedTech, Dental segments or capital equipment business.Strong implementation, excellence in execution and attention to details.Fast learner (clinical, regulation, environments, etc).Bachelor's Degree in business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs specially excel and power point.Project management skills and multicultural awareness
