**At Experis TI we are looking for a **Senior Java Software Engineer** Hybrid scheme (Guadalajara)**

**Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- +3 years experience with full-stack enterprise software development (UI, back end, API, database).
- Strong technical foundation in software engineering design principles and architectural patterns. Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust and scalable systems.
- Proven capability to tackle challenging technical issues and the leadership skills to guide and mentor a team through solution development.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, ability to explain complex technical concepts to peers and junior engineers.
- Extensive experience in Agile development, continuous integration, and delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of secure software development practices, including both defensive coding techniques and secure testing methodologies.
