No matter where you are located, you'll join a dedicated, diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. _**Description**- As an EPAM Resource Development member, you will be given formal education (developed internally), be mentored and paired with EPAM Engineers over a 12-week period. While you are completing your formal education, you will participate in completing practical tasks in order to improve your technical skills and acumen. During this time, you will receive periodic assessments and reviews, ensuring you are progressing in your education. At the end of the 12-week period, you will interview with one of our clients to join one of our many client projects.
