The Company:Electronic manufacturing service (EMS)Factory: China & MexicoWe offer electronics manufacturing services to customers in the US, Europe, Japan, and Asia Pacific.The Job:Report to Mexico Plant DirectorResponsible for industrial engineering, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of manufacturing executive system.Supervise a group of industrial engineers and technicians to develop and implement manufacturing processes, a productivity improvement program, and profitability studies.The development of equipment to support the manufacturing process.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/industrial/production engineering or related disciplines.5+ years working experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry, with 2 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing operations.Solid knowledge of production processes, manufacturing workflows, and layout in the EMS industry.Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.Good mindset, with initiatives for new jobs and business.Familiar with CAD, word processing, and worksheet processing.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Work Environment:5 days work.Stationed in Mexico.Accommodation provided: Company shuttle bus provided daily between staff quarters and factory.Meals provided.Medical & life insurance.Application Process:To apply for this job or similar jobs, please attach your CV with salary expected to ****** Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
