You'll be responsible for perform daily invoices accounting, administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies and statutory requirements compliance.
This hybrid role is located in Queretaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days at office / 2 days at home office – subject to change .

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Freight and foreign trade invoice management: Administrate freight and foreign trade invoices from different countries for LATAM by receiving them and codifying the accounting information in the Docuclass system.
Month end closures and account reconciliation: Perform end-month closures, ensuring all documents are posted on time, making accrual adjustments, and conducting account reconciliations.
Invoice follow up: Follow up on blocked invoices and generate key performance indicators to monitor and improve financial processes.
Compliance analysis and reporting: Perform compliance/control testing to ensure internal controls are implemented and performed as required.
Conduct basic analysis, generate reports, and carry out accounting or administrative activities in line with corporate policies, internal procedures, and statutory requirements.
Billing processing: Registration of invoices, reconciliations with logistics team and GRS generation.
We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, administration, Finances, Business or Related.
Previous experience in Finance, Accounting and Fiscal positions.
Intermediate English (able to understand emails and programs).
Intermediate – advanced MS office skills, especially excel and power point.
