Jr. Continuous Improvement Leader

Having avoided more than 9 million tons of CO2 in FY 2021 and committed to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030, Landis+Gyr manages energy better - since 1896.With sales of USD 1.5 billion in FY 2021, Landis+Gyr employs around 6,500 talented people across five continents.Use continuous improvement tools to achieve annual goals**Responsibilities**:- 5s program management- Perform Improvement projects- Support to Continuous Improvement Leader- Train and develop employees- Use problem solving tools, 5Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto- Collaborate during Kaizen events- Strategic collaborator as implementer (material flow, 5S, VSM Layout, OPF, etc)- Prepares special reports and presentations- To work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301**Required Technical Skills**:- Facilitator- Communications- Planning and organization- Customer focus**Educational / professional qualification / Experience**:- Minimal experience or recently graduated- Experienced on professional practices for 6 months in manufacturing process, assembly, warehouse- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer, Process or related- English/SpanishLI-LL1If you have the drive and enthusiasm to accept this challenge and to work in a very dynamic, cross functional and international environment, we are looking forward to meeting you.
