The Operations Coordinator Assistant provides assistance to the operations coordinator for the success of Operations for the assigned region, destination(s) or programs in Latin America and / or Rest of the World. She or he works closely with operational targets and budgets.**Responsibilities**:- Executes back-office processes, including invoice processing.- Helps organize and collect documentation- Supports the Operations coordinators as needed.- Executes reservations assigned by the operations coordinator.- Research and generation of new supplier contacts- New supplier account set up- Collects and organizes supplier data to build and concentrate more product knowledge to make available to other teams like Sales and Program Management.- Executes reports for the contracting and operational teams to facilitate relevant data to managers and directors.- Works with Product Management to ensure fast replies when needed.- Keeps a good relationship with the suppliers, provides good customer service for suppliers and internal customers (Sales, Program management, On tour Support and flight teams)- Contributes to the preparation of final departure documents for Tour Directors, such as final trip itinerary, tour confirmations, and payment vouchers, as needed.- Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.**Requirements**:- A Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Administration, or a relevant field.- Preferably, 1-2 years progressive operational experience/internships with a solid understanding of the travel industry or other related industries.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Proficient technical and analytical skills.- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software products- Knowledge of budgets/reports and familiarity with numbers- Negotiations skills- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
