Using its technology, The company will match certified caregivers and nurses with senior care and medical facilities who need extra staff on a per shift basis.The company mission statement is as follows: The company Revolution will transform caregivers into superheroes, allowing care communities to call on them to save the day.Your role as a KARE Connector will include, but not be limited to the following:RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide excellent customer service to our Heroes by contacting our Support Center via phone line, chat, and/or any other contact method established.- Use resources to find information and solve problems that come up.- Manage time to give appropriate attention to all duties- Finds new ways to tackle problems and brings creative solutions- Answer questions and address any problems raised by our heroes.- Keep records of heroes' interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions, are taken.- Precise follow-up skills for inquiries needing additional details to take to completion.- Report any tools & access-related issues of the KARE App.**Requirements**:- 2+ years experience in Customer Support/Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Education.- High School Diploma or Equivalent- Mastery of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required- Ability to problem solve when not given much direction- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types- A patient and empathetic attitude- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyWORK SCHEDULE:- Work schedules are assigned based on Client and business need full availability is required- Background Experience:- Teaching- English teacher a plus- Trainer- IT Support- Hospitality- Healthcare**Benefits**- Insurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN)- Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability)- Twelve Days of vacation per year, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official Holidays in Mexico.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- Cell Phone and Transportation Reimbursement
