**Requirements**:
- From 1-3 years working as a Supervisor of Customer Success Managers or positions with similar activities in the logistics field.
- Proven experience in customer success, preferably in the air freight or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of air freight operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Advanced English
**Responsibilities**:
- Led, mentor, and motivate a team of customer success representatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the team's knowledge of air freight operations and customer service best practices.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure the successful execution of freight services.
