Job DescriptionMANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES: Kronos Work Force Dimensions - 4+ yearsMain Experience Required: Kronos Works Dimensions - Timekeeping and SchedulingMANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:4+ years of experience in Implementation, Development and/or Production Support projects related to Kronos/UKG - WFC/WFD/Pro WFM productsExperience in at least 1 implementation, upgrade, or support project in WFD/WFCFor Functional Roles: Hands-on experience in configuration of Kronos/UKG modules - Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance, and Activities modulesFor Technical Roles: Hands-on experience in interface design, development, and maintenance in WFC and/or WFD using middleware technologies like WIM (for WFC), Dell Boomi (for WFD), or similar API-based middleware tools, XML APIs, Webservices, and Standard import tables, Lookups, CRTsAbility to work with teams (internal and external) and provide work status to LeadAbility to learn new modules and quickly scale up for new tasks in the WFM spaceFull bilingual (English/Spanish)Excellent Analytical and Communication skillsExperience doing Kronos Implementations and/or RolloutsAny other Kronos Knowledge like AbsencesExperience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to clientsPROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The position will primarily be responsible for configuring/testing WFM solutions in upgrade/implementation projectsHandling L1/L2 level incident and problem management activities in Prod Support projectsDaily interfacing with Team Lead to ensure program successHIRING TYPE: EmployeeEOE / Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity / National Origin#J-18808-Ljbffr
