Perfil buscado Consultancy - Ability to identify and recommend appropriate solutions that fulfil the underlying needs of the end users. Gain and maintain knowledge of the system functionalities and the specific clinical studies configuration and architecture.Communication - with third parties on clarifying incidents, internal teams on incidents analysis, resolution and progress updates with third parties and end users. Ability to communicate in a clear and structured way, and with a high level of cultural sensitivity.Documentation - Proficient at documenting reported cases in a clear and structured way. Building resources for future handling of incidents. Qué Ofrecemos $50,000 - $60,000 gross salary + benefits above the law

100% Remote in Mexico.
