About The Opportunity Our LATAM Regional Network Leader will be responsible for driving and achieving bigger profit, billing, and growth from the regional FCM through the development of the FCM brand in our partner countries with marketing plans and initiatives from our products, suppliers, and clients. Key Responsibilities Develop profitable growth, retention, and fulfillment plans with our network partners. Guarantee the fulfillment of the One Best Way branding practices. Improve and maintain the satisfaction and retention of our clients. Support marketing and onboarding plans. Develop and support the LATAM Hub solution. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar. Experience leading growth projects with LATAM regional scope (preferably in the tourism industry). Experience developing strong strategic relations with partners and suppliers. Advanced English level (preferably advanced Portuguese level).
