Company DescriptionLocated 70 km from Mexico City, Bosch Plant in Toluca (TlP) has manufactured since 1966 a wide range of products for the Automotive Business for Electrical Drives (ED) and Gasoline Systems (GS) Divisions.Our strategy is shown in the Excellence Wheel, we are driving the change to be the Plant No. 1 in North America.**Job Description**:**Main Objective**Develop and implement plans for each project as to meet project management procedures established by Bosch and within clients' requirements**What challenges will you have?**- Follow up and fulfilment of strategies by organizing critical timelines, key milestones and standards.- Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety launch of the project, including but not limited to: equipment procurement and supplier follow-up, line trials and release, PPAP documentation, ECR management.- Ensure the progress of each individual task is met within the project timeline- Coordinate activities with team to overcome obstacles and meet requirements- Guarantying that both cost objectives and quality goals are met- Coordinate and execute the safe launch of new lines and localization of new platforms.- Ensure budget control according to the goals established on the Business Plan- Review of progress on daily meetings in compliance with the Safe Launch War Room- Coordinate hand of information to team members inside and outside of plant- Provide project status and continuous project reporting according to the time management**Qualifications**:**Who are we looking for?**- Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic- From 2 to 4 years of experience in the Automotive Industry- Advanced English level**Technical Knowledge**- Lean manufacturing- Problem Solving- Project Management- Microsoft Project- Six Sigma- Core Tools (SPC, PPAP, PS, QAM, AMEF)- Budget control**What you will bring to Bosch**- Strong commitment with the team and external providers- Good time management and activity planning- Openness to cooperate with multiple tasks in order to achieve objectives- Flexibility and leadership for problem solvingAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
