Launch Quality Engineer Jr

We are looking for a **Launch Quality Engineer Jr **for our Mexican team.

**General activities**:

- Supports the Program Quality Leader (PQL) during the Launch Phase of the program, from tool arrival to start of production (SOP)
- Master/boundary samples,
- Green/red rabbits for Poka-Yoke verification
- Gage Validation and R&R analysis
- Product audit checklist
- Meisterbock
- Control Plan updates and implementation
- PPAP submissions to customer

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Engineering
- Years of experience**:1-2 years as Launch Quality (automotive industry)**:

- Language: English minimum B2

**Skills**:

- Able to collect, analyze, and present facts and data (MS Office, Minitab, etc.)
- Experience conducting process audits
- Core Tools (PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF)
- GD&T

Desirable Skills
- **Core Tools** Certification
